Roger and Mary Hayden founded Roger's Academy of Hair Design in Evansville, IN back in 1982. They owned and operated three successful salons over 16 years!
While operating their salons, Roger and Mary found themselves re-training many of their new hires. They realized that there was a need for a school that could train salon-ready hair stylists, so they made that the goal of Roger's Academy. Now, 35 years later, Roger's Academy is one of the largest cosmetology schools in the area.
